Dirty stinky Gillespie Children!

Planning our Biomedical Science Days
At Gillespie Primary School, our Scientist/Inventor in Residence, Carole, has been meeting with children and teachers to plan our Biomedical Science Days. She has asked children from reception, KS1 and KS2 what they already know about microbes and diseases, and crucially, what else they want to find out! From this Carole and the class teachers are planning one day for each class to answer their questions.

Carole has requested some STEM Ambassadors to help out on the days and share their experience of working as scientists with the children. You can see a request here: http://networking.stemnet.org.uk/ambassador-requests/y4-biomedical-sciences-day

If you know anyone who might like to help, please let us know!

This looks so interesting, thanks. I hope that you enjoy finding out the answers to your questions. I bet you’ll also learn how much we don’t know and be very tempted to help us find out more!
