What’s Inside You? – Usborne Pocket Science

Luca G and Matthew J from Year 2

It’s a very interesting book because it has some very good facts! It makes the science easier to understand. Our favourite fact was: When your tummy tumbles it’s not because you are hungry but because the food and air are being squeezed in your digestive tube.

The pictures in this book were helpful and made sense but some were very confusing. If I was reading this book by myself I might need a dictionary to understand words like ‘microscopically’. I will tell my friends in Year 2 they have to read this book.

Well done Luca and Matthew, you are an inspiration to your friends, especially because you know that sometimes you have to look something up… great stuff
