Rosehill

Thanks to a grant from the Science and Technology Facilities Council, Rosehill school opened its Lab_13 in November 2016. Rosehill is a school for children with autism and it is a great testament to the STFC for their recognition that science is an entitlement to all, regardless of academic ability.

The Scientist in Residence is Betti Copperwood, who trained as a scientist and has done a number of creative education projects with children with special educational needs. She has been working with Rosehill for a number of years.
