Students becoming Teachers!

Some of the Year 6 students at Lab_13 Irchester wanted to teach their Foundation Stage buddies about science. So, this morning, they all came together and braved the cold to plant some trees on our school grounds.

The Year 6s taught the little ones about what a plant needs to survive and showed them what roots look like. Some of them had never planted anything before! The students from Foundation will be able to watch these trees grow as they progress through the school.
